Magnesium Lotion
I originally formulated Magnesium Lotion for my son — he isn’t a huge fan of thicker creams, but said he’d love a magnesium product if it absorbed into the skin a little faster. As a growing boy, he wanted magnesium-rich ingredients in his routine, so I happily obliged. And Magnesium Lotion was born!
The difference between Magnesium Cream and Magnesium Lotion: The Magnesium Lotion is lighter and absorbs more quickly, while the cream is richer and thicker. Both feature the same beloved magnesium-rich ingredients — just different textures, so you can pick whichever feels right for you.
Why we love magnesium in our family routine: We use it nightly as part of our wind-down ritual, applied to the bottoms of feet or anywhere we’d like a calming touch. For my family of six, we go through about 12 oz of magnesium products a month — just $30 for our whole family to enjoy this nightly tradition.

How to use: Massage a small amount into the bottoms of feet, legs, arms, or anywhere you’d like a calming, nourishing experience. Most often used as part of an evening routine, but can be applied any time.
Ingredients: Avocado oil; chamomile- and lavender-infused grapeseed oil; aloe vera; distilled water; Epsom salt; magnesium flakes; magnesium hydroxide; lavender essential oil; chamomile essential oil; turmeric essential oil; beeswax; emulsifying wax; witch hazel; vitamin E; grapefruit seed extract.
